Refund Policy

Return eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the bag must be unused, clean, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Trying the strap for fit does not by itself make a bag ineligible, provided it remains in resalable condition.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Start a return

Email piglootmtc@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns should be sent only according to the instructions we provide. Our return address is 254 Chapman Rd, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if the package is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Items that cannot be returned

• Used, washed, stained, altered, or damaged bags unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
• Gift cards.
• Items returned without the included strap or other original components.

These limits do not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to defective or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the eligible product and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union cooling-off period

If European Union consumer law applies to your order, you may have 14 days after delivery to cancel or return an eligible purchase without giving a reason. The product must remain unused and in its original condition. Our 90-day policy provides additional time without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

Refund timing

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund, contact us so we can investigate.
