Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present the CarryMore bag, its colours, patterns, dimensions, materials, capacity, and other information accurately. Screens and photography can display colour differently, and packaging or presentation may be updated without changing the bag’s essential specifications.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we issue confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory problems, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to ship to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop and its payment partners. Their services may be subject to additional terms. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method selected for the final order total.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates and fulfillment conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and carrier terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The Kiss of Honey name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are owned by AA Ecom Industries LLC or used with permission. These terms do not grant you ownership or a commercial license to use those materials.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. Any reproduction, resale, publication, or commercial exploitation of protected materials requires prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services, including Vercel for hosting, Whop for checkout and payment processing, Meta for advertising measurement, and carriers for delivery. We are not responsible for third-party websites, independent policies, or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers
